Child Safety Standards for CooMeet
1. Scope and Commitment
Gartwell LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”), the developer and operator of the CooMeet platform (“CooMeet”, “Service”), is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and responsible environment for all users.
CooMeet is an adult-only platform intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 years and older. We enforce a strict Zero Tolerance Policy regarding any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
These Child Safety Standards complement and form an integral part of our:
- Terms of Service (User Agreement)
- Privacy Policy
- Chat Rules
- other legal documents available on our Legal page
2. Definition and Prohibition of CSAE
Gartwell LTD strictly prohibits any creation, upload, sharing, distribution, solicitation, or facilitation of content related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
For the purposes of these Standards, CSAE includes, but is not limited to:
- any visual, audio, or textual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct;
- any attempt to solicit, groom, or exploit minors;
- any content that sexualizes minors in any form.
This definition is aligned with:
- Google Play Developer Program Policies,
- applicable international laws,
- and relevant national legislation.
Users are responsible for the content they upload or share, subject to CooMeet's moderation and enforcement mechanisms.
3. Age Restrictions and Verification Measures
CooMeet is not intended for minors. Access to the Service is strictly limited to users who are at least 18 years old.
Minors are not allowed to use the Service under any circumstances.
Attempts to bypass age verification or provide false age information are strictly prohibited.
To enforce this requirement, we implement a combination of measures, including:
- mandatory age confirmation during registration;
- automated detection systems;
- behavioral analysis and moderation;
- user reports and manual reviews.
Any account suspected or confirmed to belong to a minor is immediately suspended and permanently terminated.
4. Detection, Reporting, and Enforcement
To prevent and combat CSAE, CooMeet applies the following mechanisms:
Detection
We use automated tools and human moderation to identify potentially violative content and behavior.
User Reporting
Users can report suspicious content or behavior directly within the app via the "Report" function available in profiles and chats.
Enforcement
Any violation of these Standards results in immediate and permanent account termination, without prior notice where permitted by law.
Cooperation with Authorities
Where required by applicable law, CooMeet may cooperate with competent authorities in matters related to CSAE.
5. Legal Basis and Jurisdiction
These Child Safety Standards are governed by the laws applicable to Gartwell LTD and must be interpreted in conjunction with CooMeet's Terms of Service and other legal documents.
